Pricing and Services
*All of the below services and pricing apply to our redesign services which follow the same 8-Step Action Plan along with our “FEEL HOME” design philosophy to transform your home into a beautiful reflection of your family.
Consultation and Proposal: $100
An Elite Staging Professional will meet with you at your home to discuss and strategize about how we can execute and achieve all your staging goals within your time frame and budget. As we walk through your home, we will go over our Eight-Step staging process, viewing your home through “buyer’s eyes”, gathering those all important “first impressions”. Based on our evaluation, we will recommend the top five changes that will transform your home, making it stand out from the competition.
We will do a quick staging in one room to demonstrate the advantages of our services and conclude our consultation with a proposal based on our suggested improvements and necessary work so that you will receive the maximum return on your investment.
If that day you decide to use our staging or redesign services, we will apply a $50 dollar credit toward your future project. (1–1½ hours)
Half Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign: $450
This service is for those homes that are less than 2,000 square feet, or are in need of some expert advice and tweaking to achieve the “wow” factor that will impress potential buyers. We will make dramatic transformations in your home’s main rooms (foyer/entrance, kitchen, living room, dining room & family room) using accessories and furniture placement to highlight your homes best features. During the last half-hour, we will fill out our Eight-Step Action Plan, detailing our recommendations so that you can complete the look in the remaining rooms we didn’t cover. This will include suggested paint color choices, cosmetic improvements, along with additional accessories you can purchase and details so you can complete the look on your own. We will conclude our half day by taking professional “after” photos for your agent’s marketing efforts.
Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign: $750
This service is suggested for homes over 2,000 square feet that need extra attention and professional guidance. We spend a full day using our professional staging techniques, demonstrating what a dramatic transformation staging will have on your home. By the day’s end, you will have a show-ready home, visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look, and take professional MLS photos for your agent’s marketing efforts.
Before the day’s end, we will assess our progress and together, go through each room while filling out our Elite Staging & Redesign Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. Included in our Action Plan, we will detail and recommend paint color choices, organizational techniques, cosmetic improvements, additional accessories to purchase and recommendations and guidance on what to do in the rooms we weren’t able to cover.
New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend: $1200
We recommend this service if your home is just about to go on the market or if you’re having an open house. An Elite Staging and Redesign professional will be working from our detailed Elite Staging Action Plan, spending two full days transforming your home into a buyer’s dream. A copy of our Action Plan will be given to the homeowner at the end of our session with further recommendations to get your home showroom ready before a buyer steps foot in your home. In addition, we will take beautiful, professional photos using a Nikon D 5000 camera for the best resolution, color, lighting and clarity for the homeowner and for your agent’s marketing efforts. For the home seller looking to receive top dollar, every home should go through our complete staging transformation before going on the market.
Professional Photography for your Multiple Listing Photos (MLS) : $100
If your home is already market ready, but you need professional MLS photos for your marketing use, Elite Staging and Redesign uses a Nikon D5000 Camera with a wide angle lens for the best resolution, color, lighting and clarity for your agent’s marketing use, emailed the same day.
The “Top Ten” Priority Report: $150
This service is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction. We suggest this service for the Do-It-Yourselfers who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves to complete the look themselves based on our customized and detailed report. We focus on the TEN most important projects the seller should address right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale. We will email you our recommendations along with photos so you can create the look yourself. We will schedule a FREE follow-up visit to check your progress once you’ve completed the transformations. Quick Home Makeover Report: $100
If your home is almost market ready but could use a little professional guidance and special touches, we suggest the Quick Home Makeover Report. We will highlight the most effective changes, repairs and improvements the homeowner should make to increase the value of their home and impress potential buyers. We will customize a detailed report with suggestions and photos and email it to the seller. If you decide to use our hands on professional staging services, see prices below.
Shopping Services: $75 per hour
Elite Staging will always attempt to use the homeowner’s existing furniture and accessories. However, when necessary we will agree on a budget and shop for additional accent pieces and accessories that will serve as an investment in the sale of your home. In addition, the accessories are yours to keep! As a benefit to you, our professionals receive “Designer Discounts” at stores such as Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Ballard Designs and many others and that savings is passed on to you.
